Cheyenne Youth Basketball League
Registration is now open for the Cheyenne Youth Basketball League’s winter season. The league is for boys and girls ages 7-14. The deadline to register is November 20. Games will begin in January at the Cheyenne Community Recreation Center. Visit the city’s website for details and registration forms. Practices start the first week of January.
Laramie County High School Wrestling Tournament
The annual Laramie County High School Wrestling Tournament is scheduled for December 5-6. This event will take place at East High School in Cheyenne. All four Laramie County high schools will participate. Come support local high school wrestling!
Casper Adult Hockey League
The Casper Adult Hockey League is seeking new players for the upcoming season. All skill levels are welcome. Games are played on weeknights at the Casper Ice Arena. Contact John Doe at johndoe@email.com for more information. There are different divisions available, so all skill levels can join.
Wyoming Special Olympics Bowling Tournament
The Wyoming Special Olympics will host a bowling tournament on November 22 in Riverton. Athletes from across the state will compete. Volunteers are needed to help with the event. Sheridan Little League Baseball Sign-Ups
Sign-ups for Sheridan Little League Baseball will be held on November 18 and 19. This will take place at the Sheridan Community Center from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Baseball is open to children ages 5-12. Early registration discounts are available. The league focuses on skill development and teamwork.
University of Wyoming Sports Update
The University of Wyoming Cowboys football team will play against Utah State this Saturday. The game starts at 2:00 PM and will be broadcast on ESPN. The Cowgirls basketball team is preparing for their season opener next week. Go Pokes!
Local Running Club Marathon Training
The Cheyenne Striders Running Club is organizing marathon training. This training will help runners prepare for the spring marathon season. Training runs will be held every Saturday morning. These runs start at 7:00 AM at Lions Park. All levels of runners are welcome. Join to improve your fitness and endurance.
