Football Highlights
The Central High Eagles faced off against the Northwood Spartans on Friday night. In a tightly contested game, the Eagles emerged victorious with a final score of 28-21. Quarterback Jake Miller threw for 250 yards and three touchdowns. Running back Maria Rodriguez added 100 rushing yards and one touchdown. The Spartans fought hard, but couldn’t overcome the Eagles’ strong defense.
Meanwhile, the Southside Sharks dominated the Westview Wildcats with a score of 42-14. The Sharks’ offense was unstoppable, scoring touchdowns on nearly every possession. Westview struggled to contain the Sharks’ running game.
